Delivery & Returns
Shipping
I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them. During particularly busy times it may take a little longer, but as a one-woman studio I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
All UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Service, so you can keep an eye on your delivery once it’s on its way.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped on a tracked service. Please allow up to 17 working days for your parcel to arrive, as delivery times vary from country to country.
Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, some destinations may apply customs fees, import taxes or administrative charges when your parcel enters the country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility. You may be contacted by your local delivery service to pay these fees before they can release your order.
I’m afraid I can’t predict what these costs might be, so it’s always worth checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you’re unsure.

Breakages
I take great care when wrapping and packing each piece, as I want it to reach you safely. Very occasionally, damages can happen during transit.
If your piece arrives broken, please photograph the item and the packaging and email me at sally@sallybourneceramics.com within 2 days of receiving it. I’ll happily arrange a replacement if I have one available, or offer you a refund.

Returns
I hope you’ll be delighted with your ceramics, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch with me at sally@sallybourneceramics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items will need to be returned in their original condition and packaged securely.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and I recommend obtaining proof of postage as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches me.
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives back safely and will exclude the original delivery cost.
